Dustin Maneethai, Ph.D. is an Assistant Professor at the Conrad N. Hilton College of Global Hospitality Leadership at the University of Houston. 
Dustin is an industrial-organizational psychologist with a focus on worker belonging, social issues, and leadership in the hospitality industry.
His work has been published in high impact journals including the International Journal of Hospitality Management and Organizational Dynamics.
He has also consulted a number of organizations on improving intergroup relationships, employment litigation, and organizational development and change.
