Overnight Accommodations: The SLR has provided us with the discounted rate of $199 plus tax and fees per night. You will have until November 7th, 2025, to book accommodations at the discounted rate.  If you plan to stay overnight on Wednesday and/or Thursday, you will be responsible for your own transportation.

Due to the nature of this meeting, we ask that you kindly plan ahead and prepare to ride the transportation in advance so that we can provide our sponsors with accurate headcounts for both locations.
